I have been training with Sacha for approximately three years now, and when I first started training, I was adamant that I did not need a trainer and only wanted Sacha to show me how to use the weight machines at my local gym. However Sacha's approach to training and his constantly optimistic nature was unlike that of any other PT I had encountered.

He really listened to my goals, never put pressure on me to change anything (such as my diet) until I was ready and made me feel immediately comfortable.

During my time training with Sacha I became pregnant and continued to work with him until two days before I had my baby. His knowledge of exercise and nutrition during pregnancy kept me fit and healthy throughout mine. As I remained both mentally and physically strong, I feel like I cruised through my labour and recovered very quickly postpartum.

I couldn't recommend Sacha highly enough no matter what your fitness level or stage in life is.

Every aspect is tailored to suit individual clients’ needs – right down to knowing how to motivate YOU to squeeze out that extra bit of effort and discipline that you never knew you had. I’ve been training with Sacha for about 12 months now, and the changes I've made both physically (8kg fat loss) and mentally have been life altering.
The Biohack Fitness SD5 training app is also a great little tool for monitoring my progress (pics and stats) and allows Sacha to keep track of my work, and make adjustments to my plan. On top of that, he is never more than a message or phone call away.
Training doesn’t just start and end in the gym though. I’ve also had lifestyle coaching sessions away from the gym and these too were excellent!! From feeling downcast and frustrated about the direction my life was going career wise, Sacha helped open my mind to the possibilities – supporting me in identifying changes that were needed, through goal setting and adopting positive practices into my daily routine.
I can’t imagine coach being as good at this, and would whole heartedly recommend Sacha to anyone even remotely curious about coaching, no matter what your goals may be.

Sacha is a mate of mine, so that in itself says that he is someone that others hold in high esteem. He cares about others, and I consistently see him caring for his clients. He doesn't just give the basic service when he is training or coaching someone - you can see him constantly delving into their lives to try to work out what is stopping them from achieving their goals and trying to find ways to help them. After seeing this, I decided to approach him to enlist his help also.
