With over 16 years experience in the golf fitness space, I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing golfers, from Tour Pros, amateurs and junior athlete development (5yrs - 17yrs old), and was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Hills International Golf Academy.
I've also travelled with my athletes to help them prepare for their tournaments, as well as caddied for them.
I have been certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) since 2009, and since then I have developed my knowledge of the golf swing, dedicating my programs towards longevity in golf, strength, power and swing speed.
